Quotes, Payments and Scope Changes

Customer Responsibilities

• Keep independent backups before migration, customization, server work, cloud work or support activity.
• Share access credentials only through agreed and secure channels.

Tally Cloud and Remote Access Services

Tally Cloud, remote access and server-related services depend on user count, internet connectivity, server resources, device condition, third-party infrastructure, backup configuration, security settings and usage patterns. We aim to plan practical and reliable solutions, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed where issues arise from internet failure, customer devices, third-party platforms, software bugs, force majeure or misuse.

Backup, retention, restore, access controls and support arrangements should be discussed before deployment and confirmed in the agreed scope.

Intellectual Property
